YOUTH FOR UNDERSTANDING
(YFU) INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE
Youth For Understanding (YFU) International Exchange
operates study abroad programs and scholarships for high school and
college students, providing young people with opportunities to
travel to another country, live with a volunteer host family, and
prepare themselves for the global community. This site was designed
for Richfield
Productions.

RICHFIELD PRODUCTIONS
This full service film, video, and CD/DVD production company is
located in Washington, DC. The site provides information about the
company's production capabilities and features a carousel style
screening room that showcases video clips from various production
categories.
- THE
WASHINGTON-IRELAND PROGRAM
WIP
serves college age interns from Northern Ireland, both Protestants
and Catholics, bound for summer jobs in Washington, DC. Affiliated with Project Children,
this unique program gives students an opportunity to work in
government and private organizations in an neutral environment where
they can express opinions freely and learn more about each other's
hopes and fears. The site features Web Journals that the Interns
keep on-line to share their experiences.

VIETNAM VETERANS OF
AMERICA, CHESAPEAKE CHAPTER 712
As a member of this organization, I'm proud to sponsor the
chapter's web site as a public service on our Virtual Servers. VVA is
dedicated to assisting Vietnam Veterans and sponsoring civic
projects to improve our community.
- MIGUEL'S STUDIOS
This site provides
a web brochure for a video and film animation company. It's primary
objective is to provide an explanation of services: traditional cel
animation, 3-D computer animation, motion control to provide
movement to still images, and nonlinear video editing services. The
site features compressed JPEG examples of the company's artwork plus
QuickTime animation
demos.
- THE CENTER FOR NARRATIVE STUDIES
Storywise
is a place where people can use the narrative of story to bring
richer meaning to their lives. It's sponsor, The Center for
Narrative Studies, is associated with the Oblates, of Mary Immaculate, a
Catholic missionary order operating in 68 countries. Storywise
features several sub-webs that document first person stories from
parish communities and organizations, and web discussion groups for
feedback. We are constantly adding content and new sub-webs to this
site.
